Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email shortly to let you know your order is on the way

FLAT RATE SHIPPING :

Orders are generally shipped within 4-7 days using the most efficient in cost and time. Free shipping in Canada within 4-7 business days.  No shipping outside Canada.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Free Shipping in Canada.

For simple flat rate shipping:  Offer for express shipping at an additional cost to be determined at check-out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not  offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES : We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Sale items are non-refundable.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hihorse.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
